Your Impact

Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cisco’s future by leading one of our most strategic accounts—a technology-driven organization at the forefront of AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure in Qatar and beyond. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, expand Cisco’s influence, and build trusted partnerships within the accounts by:

  • Acting as the account executive within a larger account team for a designated high-impact customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale revenue streams aligned with national priorities and digital transformation goals.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior executives, government stakeholders, and technology leaders.
  • Developing and executing a 1-3 year strategic account plan aligned with the client’s mission, business objectives, and long-term vision.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase Cisco’s value across strategic initiatives.
  • Handling business reporting, pipeline visibility, and forecasting with precision.
  • Leading innovation engagements focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and modernization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven years of experience in the technology sector, ideally with exposure to large accounts.
  • Proven success in running and growing strategic accounts
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Cisco’s portfolio including networking, data center, cloud, security, and AI solutions.
  • Candidate must be currently based in Qatar, with prior experience in the Qatar market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Regional experience in the Qatar or broader Middle East market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Experience working across cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Passion for technology and enabling innovation
