The team owns the One Microsoft PDF stack, delivering high quality PDF experiences. We enable users to consume web content through immersive reading capabilities, translation and read aloud experiences as well as advanced screenshot and editing features among other key innovations. The ideal candidate is skilled at design and implementation, able to own large architectural designs and collaborate well across multiple partner teams.

- Skilled at design and implementation with a focus on quality
- Create layered, componentized, testable, interface-based designs
- Robust implementation and crafted end-user experiences
- Design highly performant, highly usable, scalable, world-ready, accessible software
- Collaborate across functional and partner teams to define requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional industry experience working on large projects.
- Excellent design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of professional industry experience working on large projects.
- Experience with Windows architecture and internals.
- Multi-threaded application development.
- Experience with creating and operating services in Azure and/or competitive offerings.
- Experience working on the Chromium project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective collaboration skills driving changes at scale.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
