Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on S4/HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
- Work across various SAP modules such as ABAP, Fiori, and others, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP best practices, development techniques, and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and contribute to ongoing innovation initiatives.
- Support end-to-end project delivery and ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP development experience, including expertise in S4/HANA.
- Relevant SAP certifications.
- Strong technical proficiency in one or more SAP modules (e.g., ABAP, Fiori, etc.).
- Consultancy background is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in complex environments.
- Fluent in Finnish and English – both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with some in-office presence as required.
