• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain products and services
• Develop new features and improve existing components of the Adform platform
• Collaborate with world-class engineers, product managers, and leaders across multiple locations
• Focus on delivering value to both internal and external clients
• Optimise development workflows and promote code sharing through an inner-source mindset
• Work closely with product management, client support, and IT engineers to incorporate feedback
• Apply best practices across architecture, quality, security, and project management
  
  

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in .NET software development
• Understanding of high-availability and high-performance systems
• Experience with messaging queues (RabbitMQ) and data streaming (Kafka)
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, unit testing, monitoring, and logging
• Knowledge of software design patterns and Agile development practices
• Strong English communication skills (upper-intermediate or higher)
• A proactive mindset and passion for clean, maintainable code
