- Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain products and services
- Develop new features and improve existing components of the Adform platform
- Collaborate with world-class engineers, product managers, and leaders across multiple locations
- Focus on delivering value to both internal and external clients
- Optimise development workflows and promote code sharing through an inner-source mindset
- Work closely with product management, client support, and IT engineers to incorporate feedback
- Apply best practices across architecture, quality, security, and project management
- 2+ years of experience in .NET software development
- Understanding of high-availability and high-performance systems
- Experience with messaging queues (RabbitMQ) and data streaming (Kafka)
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, unit testing, monitoring, and logging
- Knowledge of software design patterns and Agile development practices
- Strong English communication skills (upper-intermediate or higher)
- A proactive mindset and passion for clean, maintainable code

- Experience with microservices architecture
- Hands-on work with .NET Core
