- Enable image and diagram embedding via secure uploads or approved URLs.
- Implement template-based policy creation using predefined content blocks.
- Develop an annotation system for comments, inline suggestions, and revisions.
- Design a configurable, multi-stage approval workflow with deadlines and automated escalations.
- Support emergency approval paths with appropriate override permissions.
- Implement policy acknowledgement features and comprehensive attestation tracking.
- Build and maintain an attestation management module for organization-wide compliance reporting.
