Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) Sell-Out Manager purpose is to implement/deliver end-to-end sales delivery at the frontline by way of market development activities and sales initiatives, ensuring the right visibility and driving sell-out at the dealer/distributor level.


Role and Responsibility


Coordination of all marketing-based/sell-out activities on the European level for SDA


Building and managing regional/local SDA sell-out organisation withinh Hisense Europe Group


Marketing/sell-out activities:


  • Online activities that can drive traffic to retail partners and assure sell-out from retail stores or online part in omnichannel
  • In-store activities – POS, promoters, instore marketing to assure sell-out from retail stores
  • Managing SDA content and content delivery on all relevant sales platforms on European level
  • Managing social platforms on the European level – for SDA part


Skills:


  • On-line marketing – understanding how to efficiently drive content to online platforms (social, retail, own platforms) in order to support sell out in retail
  • Instore marketing - understanding how instore investment can drive sales/sell-out
  • Leadership skills – managing teams (direct responsibility and matrix responsibility)
