Stage: Early-stage, pre-revenue, active pilots

NordientAI is building an AI automation and governance platform for EU-regulated companies.

We focus on real automation delivery, governance, and compliance outcomes not demos or hype.

The dashboard is not finished.

Revenue, pilots, and real customer signal come before full SaaS.

ROLE 1 COMMERCIAL CO-FOUNDER

Purpose

Own revenue, market learning, and early traction.

You will own

• Customer discovery and sales conversations

• Selling automation & governance pilots (not SaaS licenses)

• Pricing, packaging, and deal closing

• Defining ICP and market reality through real customers

• GTM through real customers

Carrying revenue responsibility end to end

You should

• Have sold B2B services or SaaS before

• Be comfortable selling unfinished products honestly

• Think in outcomes, not features

• Take end-to-end responsibility

Equity & commitment

• Full-time

• 10–20% equity

• 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff

• No guaranteed salary (or heavily deferred)

ROLE 2 PRODUCT / TECHNICAL CO-FOUNDER

Purpose

Remove technical bottlenecks and build systems that scale from real usage.

You will own

• Dashboard architecture and delivery

• Automation quality and robustness (n8n-first)

• Technical decisions around scalability and security

• Turning pilot learnings into reusable systems

• Equity-first, salary only after traction or funding Owns product, architecture, and scalability

Required

• Strong frontend + backend experience (React / Next.js or similar)

• Backend APIs, auth, RBAC, multi-tenant logic

• Production-ready n8n workflows (error handling, state, approvals)

• Clear understanding of business-critical automation

• 5–10% equity
