Job Description
- Carrying out product development in line with design rules and relevant standards and norms that meet the expectations of the respective vehicle.
- Managing supplier relations.
- Reviewing technical drawings of parts/components under supplier responsibility and ensuring their integration into the system.
- Monitoring the execution of required test plans, reviewing test reports, and ensuring that all entries are made in the relevant systems.
- Knowing and applying the quality policy and quality objectives.
- Performing all activities in accordance with the documents published within the scope of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and completing all required records fully and accurately.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System through assigned work and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or related fields).
- Knowledge of automotive standards, norms, and design principles.
- Experience in supplier management and component development processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with test planning, test execution follow-up, and reporting.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and documentation requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software/tools (e.g., CAD, PLM systems).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
