Your challenges

• You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of ML products on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), from conception to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• You are responsible for the maintenance and the continuous improvement as well as for the monitoring of deployed models.
• You use efficiently the available MLOps and Cloud Infrastructure.
• You work closely with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate potentials for ML/AI products and implement concrete solutions.
• You ensure the smooth operation of our AI systems, optimize existing applications, and always stay up to date with the latest technology.

Requirements

• You develop innovative data Data Products using machine learning methods at PAYBACK together with internal stakeholders.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the hands-on development and operationalization of data and ML/AI products.
• Relevant knowledge in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods. You have in-depth knowledge of Python and SQL, especially for data analysis, data engineering, and ML model development.
• You have practical experience with GCP services (such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run,)For extra points: Vertex AI Pipelines or Kubeflow, dbt. Ability to address, structure and analyze complex problems and questions.
• Strong communication skills, proactivity and a structured way of working.
• Very good English language.
