🔹 Job Description
- The Data & AI Strategy Lead is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of data and AI initiatives, including the effective development of data and AI products in line with business requirements and research.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Data & AI strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of data and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and effective use of resources.
- Manage the Data & AI Strategist, Data & AI Product Manager, and Business Analyst, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to support the development and implementation of advanced data and AI solutions.
- Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to the Data & AI Strategy and Governance Lead and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and prioritize new data and AI opportunities that deliver business value.
- Develop and manage budgets for data and AI initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Leadership & Experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience overseeing multiple teams and initiatives.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing data and AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.
Technical & Strategic Skills
- In-depth knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
- Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
Business & Communication
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong ability to manage budgets and resources to achieve strategic goals.
