We are looking for a Payment Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience to design, build, and scale payment capabilities for merchants and platforms, supporting To B and To B2C end-to-end transaction flows across multiple regions.
This role focuses on payment, accounts, and collections, and sits at the intersection of product, engineering, payment partners, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the analysis and productization of payment channel capabilities for merchant and platform use cases (Cards, APMs, local transfer methods)
- Design and optimize end-to-end To B / To B2C payment flows, including checkout integration, account systems, collections (VA / local accounts), authorization, settlement, and post-payment processes
- Participate in or lead the design of merchant accounts, virtual accounts (VA), and local collection capabilities, supporting regional fund collection and reconciliation needs
- Continuously optimize payment success rate, conversion, cost, and risk, balancing merchant and end-user experience
- Work closely with engineering, payment partners, and business teams to deliver scalable, stable, and compliant payment solutions
- Leverage data and AI tools to improve payment performance, system reliability, and execution efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience, with background in payments, fintech, or platform products preferred
- Hands-on experience with To B or To B2C payment products (e.g. merchant platforms, ISVs, marketplaces, payment gateways)
- Solid understanding of card payments, APMs, account systems, virtual accounts (VA), and merchant collection flows
- Familiar with fund flows, reconciliation, and settlement logic, and how account capabilities integrate with payment products
- Ability to independently own module-level products with strong execution and clear ownership
- English as a working language, comfortable collaborating across regions
Nice to Have
- Experience at a payment company / fintech, or exposure to international markets (APAC / US / Europe)
- Prior work on merchant onboarding, checkout integration, collections / VA products, or payment success-rate optimization
- Basic understanding of risk, compliance, tax, or chargeback concepts
- Habitual use of AI tools to enhance product analysis, documentation, and problem-solving
