We are currently seeking a Lead .Net Full-Stack Engineer to join our team remotely in the US.

Job Description

This individual will work closely with the overall project Team Lead to analyze and break down features, design components and modules, and establish patterns and practices. Expected to work independently, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of significant portions of the standardization initiative. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to leverage AI tools to maximize efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

Develop application features using best practices and patterns.

Review and refactor code to align with established standards

Mentor junior engineers on pattern implementation

Collaborate with US teams on technical requirements

Contribute to establishing new team patterns and practices

Required Technical Skills

7+ years engineering experience

5+ years experience with .NET (with experience in 8/9) and C#

3+ years experience with distributed services on Azure

5+ years experience with REST API and Asynchronous messaging development

2+ years experience with React of Angular

Preferred Skills

Contract-first development approach

Test-driven development (TDD)

Clean code and SOLID principles

12-factor application methodology

CI/CD practices

Containerization experience

Version control (Git) expertise

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)

Kubernetes orchestration

Build pipeline implementation

Observability patterns

IoT solutions

Additional Competencies

Self-directed and able to work independently

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Mentoring and knowledge-sharing abilities

Comfortable working across timezones

AI & Modern Development

Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)

Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate development work

Willingness to adopt and promote AI-augmented development practices

Must reside in the US

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is (85$ - 90 $ hourly) This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
