Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled no-code developer / UX designer / frontend specialist to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary

Consultants will interpret natural-language product briefs, translate them into app flows, author prompts and evaluation rubrics, and assess AI-generated no-code and React frontends for functionality, usability, and alignment with requirements. Work includes structured scoring, gap analysis, and clear written feedback used to refine app-generation systems.

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based upon anticipated time of completion. Consultants will control their own schedule, provide their own tools to perform the work, and are free to simultaneously provide services to other vendors and employers to the extent permitted by those vendors and employers.

Responsibilities

Contributors will:

  • Translate natural-language specifications into app flows or component requirements
  • Draft prompts and evaluation rubrics for model execution
  • Run prompts through model workflows and review outputs
  • Evaluate functional correctness, UX/UI quality, and adherence to requirements
  • Identify issues and provide structured, reproducible feedback
  • Maintain consistency across annotations and evaluations

Expected Outcomes

  • High-quality prompts and rubrics
  • Completed evaluation cycles with scoring and commentary
  • Actionable insights into model performance and usability gaps

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in no-code development, UX/product design, frontend (React) engineering, or related roles
  • Strong ability to evaluate usability, interaction models, and visual design
  • Ability to articulate requirements and standards in structured written form
  • Experience with evaluation or data-annotation tasks preferred
