- Execute test plans for system changes and projects to ensure compliance with requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills are essential
- In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices
- 3-5 years of Agile experience, particularly with JIRA and Confluence tools
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or an equivalent Scrum Master certification from an accredited organization
