What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide support to corporate and business line applications, ensuring effective problem-solving
• Lead staff, assign tasks, and monitor work while maintaining confidentiality
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
• Create customized reports and analyze company data to recommend impactful initiatives
• Execute test plans for system changes and projects to ensure compliance with requirements
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Leadership and supervisory skills are essential
• In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of Agile experience, particularly with JIRA and Confluence tools
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or an equivalent Scrum Master certification from an accredited organization
