Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

• Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation when required.

• Maintain confidential records and documents.

• Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.

• Assist with office coordination, filing systems, and follow-ups.

• Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Support ad-hoc administrative and business tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

-3–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in applying country.

-Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Fluency in Arabic and English
