As a Data Science Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and develop impactful analytical solutions. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of data handling, visualization, and reporting tools, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Background
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or any Data-related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or business intelligence.
- Exposure to handling datasets, performing analysis using Python/SQL, and creating dashboards.
- Prior experience in analytics or automotive-related projects will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Power BI: Ability to build dashboards, visuals, and reports to communicate insights effectively.
- Excel: Proficient with formulas, pivot tables, and handling data for analysis and reporting.
- Python (at Beginner level): Ability to perform basic data cleaning, transformation, and analysis tasks.
- SQL (at Beginner level): Skilled in querying databases to extract and manipulate datasets.
- Written & Oral Communication: Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical problem-solving, identifying patterns, and deriving actionable insights.
- PowerPoint (at Beginner level): Ability to create visually appealing and structured presentations.
- KNIME Platform (at Beginner level): Familiarity with data modeling or workflow automation.
- Google Trends (at Beginner level): Understanding of trend extraction and interpretation.
- Prior exposure to data analytics or visualization projects, especially in automotive or market research domains.
- Work with senior analysts and managers to collect, clean, and analyze datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for client delivery.
- Support in designing and automating recurring analytical reports and performance trackers.
- Assist in identifying data trends, correlations, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations summarizing key findings and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quality checks, validation, and documentation of deliverables.
- Perform ad hoc analytical tasks as requested by project leads or clients.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and curious learner.
- Comfortable switching between tools and analytical methods as per project priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and data environments quickly.
