What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve product areas across multiple channels and platforms
- Translate business, regulatory, and customer needs into clear product strategies
- Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, and commercial teams
- Drive discovery, prioritization, and delivery using agile product practices
- Balance innovation with scalability, security, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in Gaming/Gambling, Retail, or Platform environments
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, in-store systems, data platforms, or crypto/payments
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional products
- Ability to think horizontally and strategically, not just feature-by-feature
- Comfortable working in regulated and fast-moving environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
