Location: London,UK - Hybrid

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of overall experience, with significant experience as a Scrum Master on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and delivery management.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
