Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of overall experience, with significant experience as a Scrum Master on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and delivery management.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
