Job Description:
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Automation
• Build, manage, and scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
Observability & Monitoring
• Design and implement observability frameworks (metrics, logs, traces).
• Deploy and manage monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Datadog, New Relic).
• Establish SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs for critical services.
• Create dashboards and alerts to proactively detect issues.
Collaboration
• Work closely with developers to embed observability into applications.
• Partner with SREs and platform teams to improve system reliability.
• Provide incident response support and root cause analysis.
Performance & Security
• Optimize system performance and resource utilization.
• Implement security best practices in DevOps workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
🛠️ Required Skills
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).
• Solid scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, Bash).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of networking, system administration, and security fundamentals.
