Your Role:
We are seeking an accomplished AI Engineer to architect, develop, and deploy agentic workflows that integrate seamlessly across QuickCare’s business operations. This role combines advanced AI engineering expertise with a deep understanding of operational processes, enabling the delivery of scalable, intelligent systems that enhance efficiency and performance throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain AI agents capable of autonomous, multi-step operational workflows across business functions.
- Build integrated AI-driven processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and reliability across HR, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Implement, tune, and optimize AI prompts, contextual reasoning, and agent performance for high-quality outputs.
- Develop and maintain orchestrated workflows connecting multiple systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Prepare and manage structured and unstructured data to feed AI agents, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and operational relevance.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust AI-driven processes with clear logic, documentation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, and workflow automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with emphasis on modular, object-oriented design, unit/integration testing, and scalable production code.
- Hands-on experience developing agentic workflows, AI integrations, or intelligent process automation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to translate operational complexity into intelligent AI workflows.
