The primary technologies are TypeScript, Node.js, Solidity, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), distributed ledger frameworks, and modern DevOps tooling. There is also room to experiment with languages such as Go, Python, and Rust.

- Deep experience designing and building scalable software systems
- Hands-on exposure to blockchain technologies (public or private networks)
- Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor other engineers
- A product mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly
- Solid programming foundations and eagerness to learn
- Some exposure to blockchain tools, frameworks, or concepts
- A desire to work in a fast-moving environment with emerging technologies
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to explore ambiguity
