About Your New Job as a Business Analyst

In this role, you will analyse the digital experience of the company and understand where the applications can be optimised. Your drive and ambition, combined with your analytical skills, will help the development team translate business user requirements into executable specifications. This hybrid role is based in their Dublin offices.

What Skills You Need for this Job as a Business Analyst

• Over 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Technical analysis experience and being comfortable in a software environment of Python is a plus
• SQL experience
• Familiarity with agile PI planning
• Understanding of call centres and requirements involved with this section of a business in relation to good and bad containments
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive attitude

What Responsibilities You Need for this Job as a Business Analyst

• Work with the global analytics teams to ensure consistency of metric and performance measurement
• Communicate business performance clearly and concisely to partners to facilitate informed decision-making
• Analyse and collate data from various sources to create prototypes and present to senior management
