We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role:

Successfully code and build complex features with broad scope and long-term business implications.

Create solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market.

Lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering concepts including Agile Methodologies, CI/CD etc. is required.

Comprehensive experience with the following: Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++), Spring, Oracle, Angular, RESTful API & application development in Treasury domain

Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
