Relevant experience :
(1) Operation support entire SDLC lifecycle including Level 2 and Level 3 production support
(2) Knowledge required for Incident Management, Problem management ,ITIL certified, change management and release management
(3) Domain : Telecom Service
(4) Methodologies : SAFE Agile, ITSM
(5) Tools : Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GitLab, CI-CD build & deployment pipeline, Code Security Tools Sonar Cube,Checkmarx
(6) Technologies worked on / exposure : Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Angular, PL/SQL, SOAP & REST API,PERL,,HTML,HTML + Scripting, JavaScript
(6) Good communication skills, continous improvement mindset, team management with good interpersonal skills
(7) Leadership--provide the solution for critical issues
