Senior iOS Developer

'Rare opportunity to join a talented R&D mobile team developing high-def music streaming services for a major brand. Enjoy a stimulating technical environment where you'll be involved in architecting and implementing new code; researching ways to optimise APIs, tools and features; and collaborating with other R&D groups in the US, UK and Japan. You'll need to be expert in native iOS application development with strong skills across Swift, Objective-C and Xcode, and at least some of the optional skills listed below.

Essential:

• Several years of native iOS app development
• Strong skills in Swift and Objective-C
• UIKit framework, familiarity with iOS human interface guidelines
• In-depth understanding of Xcode
• Good understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Experience with 3rd party libraries and frameworks
• Experience using web service APIs
• Git, Jira, SVN, Fisheye, Crucible, Confluence, Jenkins or similar

Optional:

• C++, Python, SwiftUI framework
• X-platform development (Xamarin, Flutter, React Native)
• Creating XCFrameworks
• Relevant dependency managers (Swift Packages, CocoaPods)
• Relevant build systems (xcodebuild, CMake, SCons)
• Firebase, Google Analytics
• Localisation and asset management (e.g., Figma, Zeplin) tools
• Data Serialisation (Protobuf, XML, JSON)
• App Store Connect
