Software Support Analyst

We're finishing off this year with a new role at one of our long term software clients in Dublin. They're hiring a Software Support Analyst to support business-critical, web-based platforms used by enterprise customers in regulated industries.

Day to Day:
  • Provide application and software support for web platforms
  • Own issues end to end: reproduce, log, escalate, and resolve
  • Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot bugs
  • Support customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Manage multiple support tickets and priorities
  • Take part in an on-call rota when required
Tech Stack:
  • React, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • C#, .NET Core
  • PostgreSQL, REST APIs
  • Azure DevOps, Git (Azure exposure a plus)
Experience required:
  • 6–12 months’ experience in software or product support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic debugging (.NET), SQL awareness, and understanding of web protocols
  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
