.NET Developer (Mid-Senior)

Strategic Staffing Solutions International's customer is a software engineering company working with public authorities and commercial organizations in Latvia and the Baltic states.

The team brings more than 20 years of experience in building and maintaining information systems and has delivered and supported large, complex IT projects, including long-term state-level systems used by millions of users.

As the team continues to grow, the client is looking for a .NET Developer (mid or senior level) to join a team working on long-term state-level information systems in the welfare and environment sectors. This role suits someone who works independently, takes ownership, and at senior level is willing to mentor others and grow into a leading .NET role.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain .NET applications (ASP.NET MVC)
• Work full-stack on existing and new features
• Write and maintain SQL queries and support database changes
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and support system stability
• Do unit testing and support releases
• Work with version control and deployment processes
• Communicate with the team to clarify requirements
• For senior level: mentor team members and support technical decisions

What you will need:

• Experience with .NET and C#
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC
• Good SQL knowledge, DBA experience is a plus
• Full-stack development experience
• Self-organized and motivated
• Fluent Latvian for daily team communication
• English at a working level

Nice to have:

• Experience with long-running or public-sector systems
• Interest in mentoring and leading a team

What you will get:

Salary range:

• Mid level, 3,000-4,000 EUR gross
• Senior level, starting from 4,500 EUR

Annual performance bonus

Hybrid work model with only 1 day per week in the office
