Meet The Team

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Project Management team and oversee strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives in the EMEA region. Our team drives business transformations to enhance organizational efficiency and growth.   • You will lead and mentor a team of project managers, offering guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various regions.
  • You will actively participate in the project management community within the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • You will drive innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes.

What Makes You Successful

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with business and functional partners to define project and program requirements.
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal utilization and balanced workloads.
  • Oversee projects to ensure successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A change-oriented mindset that actively seeks process improvements, drives change initiatives, creatively addresses challenging circumstances, balances multiple and competing priorities, and executes tasks efficiently.

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience and 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience

Flex Workplace

  • Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €4,582.92 to €5,661.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
