✨ What do you need to become a PHP | Laravel Backend Developer in this team?

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Experience as a Backend Developer, with strong hands-on expertise in PHP and Laravel.
• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or technically supporting backend development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel ecosystem, including Eloquent ORM, application architecture, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL, including efficient data querying and manipulation.
• Solid experience in database design and modeling, particularly with MS SQL Server.
• Experience creating automated unit tests using PHPUnit, with good test coverage.
• Interest and practical experience in modern development approaches, including:
• AI-Augmented development (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, AI-assisted coding tools)
• AI-Agentic development (using AI agents to plan, write, test, and integrate code)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and embedding them into the development lifecycle.
• Experience using Jira and GitLab for project tracking, version control, and team collaboration.
