Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and operate highly available Kubernetes clusters
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane
- Manage hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments
- Implement Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, network policies, secrets)
- Build observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK
- Integrate CI/CD and GitOps workflows (Argo CD, GitHub Actions, Atlantis)
- Lead application and platform migrations from OKD to GKE/k0s
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, 3+ years managing production Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals and troubleshooting
- Experience with containers (Docker, containerd, Podman)
- Scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OKD)
