🚀 About the role

As our Product Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our user experience. This isn't about making things pretty (though they really should be at some point) - it's about solving real problems for real people in ways no one has tried before.

You'll be:

Discovering: Researching user needs, testing assumptions, and finding insights others miss

Creating: Designing conceptual flows and detailed UI that makes complex simple

Validating: Working with our Product Manager to ensure every feature solves a real problem

Collaborating: Partnering with developers to turn ambitious ideas into reality

Experimenting: Trying unconventional approaches and learning fast when they don't work

✨ About you:

You might be our person if:

You question everything and get excited about rethinking the status quo.

You can sketch a rough concept on Monday and deliver mocks by Thursday.

You balance user empathy with business reality.

You thrive in ambiguity and see constraints as creative challenges.

You're comfortable advocating for your ideas and equally comfortable letting them go.

✅ Specifically, you bring:

A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your final designs

Experience designing end-to-end digital products

Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.)

The ability to conduct user research and turn findings into action

Strong communication skills in English (Swiss-German/German is a plus but not required)
