Job Description


As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to facilitate agile practices and ensure the effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently while continuously improving their ways of working.

You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments and supporting teams through change in dynamic and evolving environments.

We need someone like you to contribute across the following responsibilities:


  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives).



  • Support teams in the effective application of Scrum and Kanban principles.



  • Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks.



  • Coach team members on agile best practices and continuous improvement.



  • Support change management and agile adoption within the organization.



  • Promote transparency and communication between teams and stakeholders.



  • Use tools such as JIRA, ALM and Microsoft Teams to track progress and performance.



  • Encourage a results-oriented mindset and high team engagement.





Qualifications

EXPERIENCE


  • 1–2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner.



  • Hands-on experience applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies.



  • Exposure to TDD/BDD practices is a plus.





EDUCATION


  • Certificate of Higher Education, University Degree or Master’s degree.



  • Technical background is a plus.





SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Essential


  • Scrum Master Professional certification.



  • Strong experience and knowledge of the Kanban Method.



  • User-level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and Microsoft Teams.



  • Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken.



  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.



  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.



  • Strong change management capabilities.



  • Spanish language skills are a plus.



  • Knowledge of supply chain finance products (e.g. Confirming) is a plus.



  • Understanding of payment methods and accounting concepts is a plus.





Nice to Have


  • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS.



  • Ability to understand the tools involved in a deployment pipeline.



  • Knowledge of Management 3.0 principles.
