In this assignment, you will contribute to the Size & Fit initiative, developing internal tools that support data-driven decision-making across product development and experimentation.
This is a full-time consulting assignment (100%) via MultiMind, starting 4 January 2026 and running until 30 June 2026. The assignment is based on site with no remote work.
About the assignment
You will join product-focused engineering teams within a well-known international retail group operating at global scale. The teams build advanced internal tools that enable smarter decision-making across product development, including analyzing test variations, interpreting performance data, and improving feature rollouts.
Collaboration across design, product, backend, and QA is central, with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
The role
As a Software Engineer (iOS), you will design, develop, and maintain robust iOS applications, contributing both hands-on development and, at senior level, architectural direction and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and deliver user-centric features
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction
- Support and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices (senior level)
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, including performance and concurrency issues
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
- Partner with QA to ensure thorough testing and smooth deployments
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and estimations
- Share insights and learnings to foster a culture of continuous improvement

You are a collaborative iOS engineer who enjoys working in cross-functional product teams. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and like building polished user experiences. Senior candidates bring a leadership mindset and actively help teams grow through mentorship and technical direction.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience as a mid-level or senior iOS Software Engineer
- Solid proficiency in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
- Understanding of architecture and design patterns such as MVVM
- iOS SDK knowledge (e.g., UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation)
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, async calls, and error handling
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using Xcode tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Experience leading architecture and designing scalable solutions
- Performance optimization experience using Instruments
- Experience mentoring developers and leading code reviews
- Strong UI/UX collaboration skills and attention to detail (“pixel-perfect” delivery)
