In this role, you will work closely with service owners, technical teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that IAM solutions meet business needs while complying with security standards.
About The Role
As a Business Analyst within IAM, you will identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable solution proposals. You will act as a key link between business and IT throughout the entire lifecycle — from requirement analysis and design to testing, implementation, and support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business and requirement analyses related to Identity and Access Management
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Create and maintain documentation such as requirement specifications and process flows
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support testing and quality assurance of new IAM solutions and features
- Develop training materials and provide user and team support related to IAM
- Ensure IAM solutions align with security principles, standards, and frameworks
We are looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements management and system implementation
- Good understanding of IAM concepts, Access Management, and preferably Zero Trust principles
- Experience working with system integrations
- Understanding of security frameworks and IAM-related standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of project management and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in agile environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
