middle DevOps (AWS) - Relocation to Dubai

We’re building global fintech infrastructure and are looking for an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with a strong AWS focus to join a high-performing engineering team working closely with Tech Leads and the CTO.

🔧 What you’ll be working with

AWS: EKS, RDS, S3, MSK

Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Helm

CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / EFK

Networking, security best practices, and cloud cost optimization

Physical servers and datacenter operations (“be your own cloud” mindset)

👨‍💻 What you’ll do

Build, maintain, and optimize AWS-based cloud infrastructure for global fintech products

Design scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines

Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems

Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness

Set up and manage physical hardware infrastructure when required

Ensure seamless integration between on-premise systems and cloud environments

Automate infrastructure and workflows to reduce manual operations

Collaborate closely with software engineers, security teams, and blockchain specialists

✅ Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering

Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Kubernetes

Production experience with Terraform and Helm

Solid understanding of observability, networking, and security

Fluent English (written and spoken)

⭐ Nice to have

Experience with blockchain infrastructure (nodes, validators, staking)

Knowledge of secrets management (Vault, AWS KMS, HashiCorp)

Familiarity with monitoring financial transactions for compliance and risk management

🌍 Location & relocation

Relocation to Dubai (preferred)

Relocation package includes visa support, tickets, and housing assistance

If relocation to Dubai is not possible, a remote work format may be considered, with business trips to Dubai approximately once every two weeks
