The Antler Founder Residency

Join our intensive 12-week residency program alongside 200+ highly driven entrepreneurs. Explore our website for a detailed look at how we support you in launching your startup.

• Co-Founder Discovery: Collaborate with fellow founders in the first 10 weeks to find the ideal co-founder(s).
• Secure Investment: Pitch your team and business concept to the Antler Investment Committee and have the opportunity to receive a EUR 100k cash investment in exchange for 10% equity.
• Accelerate Growth: If funded, you’ll work closely with us to drive your startup's success and growth.

For our March 2025 cohort, we're looking for someone with:

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and bring structure to business cases.
• A passion for solving real-life pain points and challenges faced by industries and consumers.
• Optional: an idea that addresses a problem you're passionate about, along with an understanding of the need for additional co-founders who share your vision and values.

Program Details

• Start Date: 3rd of March, 2025
• Location: Onsite at our Helsinki office
• Compensation: While participants will not receive financial compensation during the program, there is a potential opportunity for pre-seed investment to kickstart your startup journey.
