Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Science team, who is expected to deliver end-to-end artificial intelligence projects. The ideal candidate will analyze business problems, build appropriate datasets, develop models, and transform analytical outcomes into tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems with an analytical mindset and develop solution approaches
• Design and train models for Generative AI, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics using image, text, or tabular data
• Ensure model sustainability by performing accuracy, bias, and drift analyses; prepare models for deployment via APIs or container-based architectures
• Share and interpret model outputs with business stakeholders
• Extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL
• Create documentation for developed models

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience developing projects using Python-based machine learning and deep learning libraries
• Experience managing the entire model lifecycle (development → validation → deployment → monitoring) end-to-end
• Experience integrating models into CI/CD pipelines, managing model versioning (Model Registry), and monitoring model performance in production environments
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG architectures, fine-tuning processes, or computer vision projects
• Hands-on experience with MLflow, Airflow, Docker, and Git
• Experience training and running models on GPU infrastructures
• Experience working with data in the insurance or financial services sector
• Proven ability to work closely with business teams and translate analytical outputs into decision-making processes
