What awaits you in this role?
• Manage the end-to-end assignment lifecycle for expats,
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Deloitte, Weichert) in line with applicable laws and regulations
• Work closely with the Ford IS Office to ensure smooth and timely process execution,
• Manage expats’ payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Team,
• Manage expats’ expense processes in collaboration with the Accounting Team,
• Prepare and monitor the expat budget throughout the year in collaboration with relevant stakeholders,
• Conduct salary analyses for expats and identify related needs,
• Act as the primary point of contact for expats, maintaining close communication to assess needs and develop solutions,
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities to enhance the ISE experience and engagement,
• Manage ISE succession planning in collaboration with relevant Business Partners
• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and decision-support materials for senior management,
• Support the effective use and continuous improvement of digital HR systems,
• Stay up to date with industry trends and legal regulations; actively exchange knowledge with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. consulting firms, data providers),
• Ensure expat policies are managed in a structured manner and continuously improved to enhance experience,
• Ensure all policies and practices comply with legislation, ethical principles, and internal audit standards.
What are we looking for in this position?
• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Maths, Industrial Engineer, Management Engineering or related fields,
• Experience in expat management for min 2 years will be an asset
Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Advanced level of English,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Hardworking, analytical, dedicated,
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines,
• Detailed and result-oriented,
