We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Specialist/Senior Specialist to join our team. As a crucial member of our human resources department, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization by attracting top talent and fostering a culture of continuous development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers,
  • Lead job postings, manage candidate pipelines, and create and track candidate pools and incoming applications,
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure strong talent alignment,
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures,
  • Participate in compensation studies and related market research,
  • Analyze workforce data to generate insights and support HR strategy development.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities,
  • Actively participate in HR projects; prepare reports, budgets, and presentations,
  • Foster strong communication and collaborative relationships with all departments,
  • Support talent management, learning & development, internal communication, and employee engagement initiatives,
  • Contribute to the standardization and alignment of HR processes with global HR practices,
  • Stay informed about HR trends, tools, and industry best practices.


Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • High motivation, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and levels
