We are looking for Senior C&B Specialist to join our global manufacturing company, located in İstanbul /Ümraniye.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration,Economics or Engineering,
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR Operations experience especially in payroll, C&B, performance management, personel cost, reporting,
- Fluent in English,
- Experience in using SAP/SF,
- Advanced level of MS Office Programs (Strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables, reports, data validation, etc.),
- Strong business acumen for effectively managing the costs and productivity,
- Experience in grading systems like Korn Ferry or Mercer,
- Experience in performance management system,
- Self -managing and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,
- Flexible approach, a keen eye for detail and the ability to make good, balanced business decisions to meet future business and customer requirements,
- Good at written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage HR Front Office activities including the full employee lifecycle (hire–to–retire), time & attendance processes, and payroll coordination,
- Create and maintain legal, policy, and audit compliance, ensuring processes follow country regulatory requirements and internal control mechanisms; secure readiness for internal/external audits,
- Ensuring the execution of legal processes with official institutions and organizations (Social Security Institution, Ministry of Labor, Regional Labor Directorate, Enforcement Offices, and the Employment Agency),
- Monitoring the PDKS system and ensuring overtime, absence and annual leave checks,
- Preparing and following up on daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner,
- Ensuring compliance with instructions and procedures in employment contracts and regulations, and monitoring this compliance,
- Monitoring and ensuring that personnel recruitment and termination processes are carried out in accordance with the law,
- Ensuring that payroll system data is kept up to date and monitored,
- Prepare, monitor, and report the annual employee budget in alignment with company goals and strategies,
- Establish, monitor and report on the performance management system for all employees,
- Managing sales teams' bonus systems, reporting on them, and making payments in the relevant months,
- Manage legal processes,
- Support and track Administrative affairs issues,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key projects and process.
