Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks qualified Service Project Manager within the development of its activities. This position will work with out global team to fill the following position in daily operations:
Responsibilities:
- Organize & lead international project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, determine resource requirements & budgets to run improvement projects in Service.
- Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
- Ensuring adherence to internal quality standards
- Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
- May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects
- On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
- Organize and lead workshops with cross-functional & global stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Science, or Management
- Several years of experience leading projects from definition to roll-out, including process improvement implementation
- Strong background in continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems (SAP)
- Fluent business English (speaking & writing); local language is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Experience in service operations and/or wind energy sector is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with guidance
- Proactive attitude, strong drive, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact in a culturally global environment
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach; team player
- Comfortable working in matrix organizations
