Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer (Contractor)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network management. This position involves working on various infrastructure projects to improve and maintain our client's systems, networks, and hardware setups.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage network and server infrastructure.
- Provide support for troubleshooting, resolving, and optimizing hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability.
- Perform routine backups, upgrades, and software patching.
- Assist in the planning and deployment of infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Expertise in networking, firewalls, and VPN configuration.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
