Business Intelligence Developer

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development, including data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting.
Oracle Database:

Strong experience with SQL, query optimization, and complex queries.
Hands-on expertise in performance tuning and database management.

Power BI:

Data modelling following best practices (star schema, relationships, performance optimization).
Advanced mastery of DAX (measures, calculated columns, technical optimizations).

SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services):

Proven experience in designing and delivering paginated reports.
Handling parameters, subscriptions, and report optimization.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling, OLAP).
Version control (Git) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Jira/Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
English fluency (all documentation and collaboration are in English).

Nice To Have

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible).
Containerization & orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud BI platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift).

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize BI solutions to improve data accessibility, reporting, and decision-making.
Design and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models to deliver actionable insights.
Maintain and optimize existing BI systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
Document BI processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and system clarity.
Validate and troubleshoot BI solutions to guarantee data quality and reliability.
Train and support end-users to maximize adoption of BI tools.
