We are expanding our BI capabilities and looking for skilled developers to join our team in 2026.

Business Intelligence Developer

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development, including data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting.
  • Oracle Database:
    • Strong experience with SQL, query optimization, and complex queries.
    • Hands-on expertise in performance tuning and database management.
  • Power BI:
    • Data modelling following best practices (star schema, relationships, performance optimization).
    • Advanced mastery of DAX (measures, calculated columns, technical optimizations).
  • SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services):
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering paginated reports.
    • Handling parameters, subscriptions, and report optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling, OLAP).
  • Version control (Git) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Jira/Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • English fluency (all documentation and collaboration are in English).
Nice To Have

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible).
  • Containerization & orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud BI platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize BI solutions to improve data accessibility, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Design and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models to deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain and optimize existing BI systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
  • Document BI processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and system clarity.
  • Validate and troubleshoot BI solutions to guarantee data quality and reliability.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize adoption of BI tools.
