The Role

Lead analytics and data strategy within the Global Business Services function of a leading international FMCG company. Drive data-driven decision making, build analytics capabilities at scale, and deliver measurable insights across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytics strategy for GBS operations
• Build and scale analytics capabilities across finance, HR, procurement and other shared services
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks and self-service analytics tools
• Manage stakeholder relationships and demonstrate clear business impact through data insights
• Lead teams of analysts and data specialists, drive vendor relationships
• Establish data governance frameworks and best practices

Requirements

Essential:

• Senior Manager/Director-level experience in analytics within GBS or shared services
• Strong track record delivering business impact through data and insights
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics tools
• Deep understanding of GBS processes across multiple functions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
• Open to Krakow location (or Poland, Portugal, Spain with relocation)

Desirable:

• FMCG/consumer goods background
• Experience scaling analytics across regions
• Knowledge of AI/ML and advanced analytics techniques
