We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong Python experience and a good eye for UX/UI to join a product-focused engineering team building internal applications and tools.

This role suits someone who enjoys owning features end to end - from shaping user flows and screen layouts through to building, integrating, and delivering working software. While this is not a dedicated UI role - we’re looking for someone comfortable making design decisions that improve usability and user experience.

You’ll be working on application development across front end and back end, collaborating closely with product and stakeholders to turn requirements into intuitive, well-designed solutions.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll design and build full-stack features using Python on the back end and modern front-end technologies, contribute to the design of user journeys, application flows, and screen layouts, and help ensure applications are intuitive, efficient, and easy to use. You’ll work within a small, agile team, balancing speed of delivery with good engineering and UX practices. You’ll also contribute to internal tools built using low-code platforms such as Retool.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have solid experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong Python programming skills, along with front-end development experience and a clear understanding of how users interact with applications. You don’t need to be a UI specialist, but you should be comfortable designing flows, layouts, and interactions without relying on a dedicated design team. You’ll be confident working closely with product owners and users, and happy taking ownership across the delivery lifecycle.
