About the Role

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10-15 developers within a collaborative and purpose-driven engineering environment. You’ll balance hands-on technical involvement with people leadership, playing a key role in shaping software architecture, improving development processes, and ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of around 15 software engineers
• Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Oversee code reviews, technical design decisions, and engineering best practices
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and technical innovation
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and leadership stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable across environments

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft development environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in MSSQL and database management
• Proven leadership or people management experience within a technical team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced, impact-driven organization
