Job Summary
As an HR Generalist at MEA RHQ, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR reporting. This position is based in Dubai, UAE and is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
What You'll Do
Recruiting / Talent Selection (60%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including headcount approvals, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
- Promote internal career opportunities and employee referral programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment activities and metrics.
- Coordinate background checks and pre-boarding engagements.
- Liaise with external search firms when necessary.
Onboarding (10%)
- Conduct HR orientation and support managers in onboarding new hires through structured programs such as OJT, mentoring, and open communication.
Employee Connect (10%)
- Facilitate employee relations and support leaders in resolving workplace issues.
- Contribute to action planning based on employee survey results.
Other HR Support (20%)
- Analyze exit interviews and turnover metrics to identify flight risks and improve retention.
- Support HR initiatives including engagement surveys and assessments.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain organizational charts.
What You Should Have
- Min. 4 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a multinational or regional HR setting.
