We are a leading retail organization specializing in fashion and lifestyle, known for delivering premium shopping experiences across multiple locations. We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive strategic retail projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.


Role Overview:

The Lead Project Manager will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for retail store openings, refurbishments, and expansions. The role requires deep knowledge of retail operations, fashion industry standards, and cross-functional team coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage multiple store openings, renovations, or expansions simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising, marketing, and store design teams to ensure project objectives are aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and minimal operational disruption.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, procurement, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering accountability, efficiency, and collaboration.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience in the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale retail projects, store rollouts, or refurbishments.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, fashion merchandising, and store design standards.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
