The role combines reshaping and integrating interconnected OSS (Operational Support Systems) around HubSpot CRM automations with designing and building a new eCommerce website using PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, and a range of WordPress and WooCommerce plugins to extend functionality.
The role involves creating efficient, maintainable PHP-based solutions that connect multiple operational systems, while delivering a robust, scalable, and performant eCommerce platform. Experience with CRM integration, workflow automation, WordPress development, WooCommerce, and plugin selection, configuration, and customisation will be important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PHP-based integrations between OSS systems and HubSpot CRM.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to map existing workflows and deliver improved system interconnectivity.
- Ensure robust data integrity, performance, and security across connected platforms and the new eCommerce site.
- Support testing, debugging, and documentation of all system and website changes
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with PHP (experience with frameworks such as Laravel a plus).
- Proven experience building and maintaining WordPress and WooCommerce sites, including working with and customising plugins.
- Background in integration and automation between business systems, ideally involving HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Good understanding of relational databases and version control systems (for example, Git).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-moving, delivery-focused project environment.
Additional Information:
- £300 per day
- Influence key transformation projects, including OSS integrations and a new eCommerce platform, in a growing UK broadband business.
