Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable ML models, working with large datasets, and deploying models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
  • Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, or NLP models based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable data pipelines.
  • Deploy models using APIs, containers, or cloud-native services.
  • Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and retrain models as needed.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for models, experiments, and ML workflows.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML algorithms, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong understanding of ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, time series).
  • Experience with data processing and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
